I absolutely adore this little shop!! My sister and I also had the opportunity to meet the owner during our visit and it was such a pleasure to learn that a portion of their proceeds go towards helping women across the world. The drinks here are definitely top notch, they are very unique and inspired around Indonesian flavors. The staff is friendly, their menus straightforward and the food is such a treat!! Let's not forget about how clean and well decorated the shop is. Can't recommend this spot enough, I'm so glad we got the chance to check it out, excited to return!

My search for a new morning pick-me-up led me to this Indonesian cafe. Inside was fragrant and cozy - nice for a quick grab-and-go or casual hangout with a friend. The cashier gave me a warm welcome and recommended the top sellers: Kopi Pandan (pandan latte) and Pandan Matcha.  The Kopi Pandan with a shot of espresso tasted surprisingly light. I do wish the pandan flavor was stronger. Brownie points for being not-too-sweet and for the default lactose-free milk!

The pour over coffee was fantastic. The owner is extremely passionate about coffee and a nice person. He spent a good amount of time with me explaining and talking with me about his roasting and coffee brewing process. He also gave me directions and recommendations for what to see and eat here. Highly recommend this place!!

WOW YUMMY! A super tucked in spot. Parking is decent I wouldn't say it was bad, but not very favorable. I got the pandan espresso with coconut foam. DELICIOUS. I want to go back and get another one if it wasn't so far. I would get a double shot next time, I felt like I needed more caffeine. But this flavor profile it right up my alley.

Kopi Pandan: Strong pandan flavor but very subtle on the expresso. It's a good drink, but I would add an extra shot of expresso if you are looking for a strong coffee drink. Matcha Pandan: A nice blend between the pandan and matcha. The pandan will hit you first then the matcha. It's a super refreshing drink. Roti Kaya: Toast with kaya jam and butter. Portion was a bit small for the price point. But overall it was good. Staff: The staff was nice and drinks came out fairly quick. They'll call your name once your order is ready.

My first time trying Indonesian style coffee! I tried the kopi mocha and the kopi pandan and they were both yummy. Kopi Mocha: 3/5 Very rich chocolate blend with coffee. It was nice but too heavy for me. I drank 1/3 and couldn't finish the rest. Kopi Pandan: 5/5 Perfect amount of sweetness that complimented the whole drink. Friendly service and nice, clean ambiance at the store. I would come again but parking is a bit hard to find since it is on a busy main street (Lombard).

Fun cafe with nice staff. I'm not super versed in Indonesian style coffee but the Pandan Iced latte I had tasted good and was very pretty. They roast beans on site so freshness is on point and they carry a bunch of niche products that warrant a few visits. The seating is very sparse and I think it incentivizes your drinks to be to-go. I hope they get another location that's more convenient to park

I was so excited when I heard about this place while visiting town! I love Pandan but it is not a popular flavor that you find everywhere. I tried the Kopi Pandan and the Pandan Matcha. I don't often like sweet things. The Pandan was sweet but I still liked it. I'm not a coffee person and I usually go for matcha but I have to say I like the Kopi Pandan more. The Pandan balanced out the coffee flavor while I feel like the Pandan overwhelms the matcha flavor. The drinks took a long time even though it didn't look like there were a lot of people in front of me. Maybe the shop had lots of to-go or pickup orders to work through. The interior is pretty small. I don't remember any big tables inside. The seating inside is mostly bench seating with tiny tables. I'd love to come back the next time I'm in town!
